About the Role

  • We are looking for a Junior Digital Designer to create engaging designs according to requirements. You will work under the supervision of a Digital Designer to produce high-quality work, in addition to supporting and collaborating with the Creative Director with a variety of graphic assets
  • You will be responsible for generating innovative concepts and ideas across all media types, creating concepts for campaigns across a variety of channels and taking them from initial ideas through to execution and delivery
  • Delivering campaign graphics and imagery for all marketing communications, while pushing the boundaries for our newly launched collections
  • Supporting the business to drive positive cross platform customer experiences for new and existing consumers
  • Working with the Creative Director and Founder and Digital Design Manager, delivering day to day in-house design requests
  • Taking a data-driven approach to the way we improve our designs, translating the data into creative solutions
  • To be successful in this position, you should have a strong creative ethos with an eye for detail and design specifics
  • Maintain brand consistency throughout your work and the look and feel of Prévu

  • Someone who always strives to improve the department’s operation and increase knowledge of own and related job functions
  • With a portfolio that showcases your skills across a variety of digital channels, you’ll have either two years of experience in a design agency/in house or be a graduate with internship experience
  • Requirements and Core Skills
  • All in-house graphic design duties in line with the communication calendar (which includes, but is not limited to, creation of assets for social media content and website and marketing emails.)
  • Understanding of visual elements and a good sense of typography and composition (layout, type and fonts)
  • Experience with design software (e.g. InVision, Figma) and graphics editing tools (e.g. Photoshop, CorelDRAW)
  • Design outputs including wireframes, user flows, and rapid prototypes
  • The ability to work independently on defined briefs within tight deadlines
  • Can-do positive attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Confident and effective communication skills
  • Flexibility to work in a cross-functional environment with multiple
  • priorities to manage
  • Experience conceptualising compelling marketing campaigns
  • Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude
  • Video editing experience is a bonus
  • Up to two years of experience as a Junior Designer or be a graduate with
  • internship experience
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a small team
  • Prior experience working in the fashion industry would be an advantage
