Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. PREVU ships worldwide using DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) incoterms. All applicable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and payable to the courier on delivery. We do not control or have visibility on these costs. Please contact your local customs office for further information on import duty and taxes.

 

Returns

Unused items may be returned to PREVU within 28 days of purchase provided they are as new and in their original condition. Please ensure before you return an item that all tags are attached and all original packaging is present and intact. For footwear, please place the shoebox inside protective packaging. If you have received a faulty item, please contact ACW customer services.
