Returns & Customer Service
We offer a returns policy of a full refund within 28 days of purchase if the product is faulty, described incorrectly or just doesn't suit you. These 28 days include 14 days whereby you should let us know via email that you are unhappy with our product, and an additional 14 days to return to our stated address. We can offer you an exchange within 45 days of purchase if we have the stock to facilitate the request, if not then we will offer you a credit note as a form of resolution. Anything outside these terms unfortunately will not be accepted. Furthermore, we do not cover the cost of returning the product. You’ll need to return your item(s) in their original packaging to:
