Online purchases
We offer a returns policy of a full refund within 28 days of purchase if the product is faulty or described incorrectly. These 28 days include 14 days whereby you should let us know via email that you are unhappy with our product, and an additional 14 days to return to our stated address. However, we do not cover the cost of returning the product.
