FESTIVE SEASON RETURNS PERIOD
We have extended our returns policy for Christmas purchases.
Items purchased on or after the 2nd December 2021 can be returned until the 7th January 2022, please ensure you follow the correct returns procedure when returning items, to prevent any delays.
We offer a returns policy of a full refund within 14 days of receipt of your purchase if the product is faulty, described incorrectly or just doesn't suit you. We can offer you an exchange within 28 days of purchase if we have the stock to facilitate the request, if not then we will offer you a credit note as a form of resolution. Anything outside these terms unfortunately will not be accepted. Furthermore, we do not cover the cost of returning the product. You’ll need to return your item(s) in their original packaging to:
